Who we are

We've been in the fragrance and beauty business since 2011 and launched our online store, FragranceSpark, in 2025. We sell designer and niche perfumes and colognes, plus skincare, hair care, and body care, and we've shipped more than 2,400 orders so far.

Where our products come from

We buy from a mix of authorized distributors and wholesale suppliers. We keep supplier invoices for our stock, and if you'd like to see the paperwork for a product you've bought or are thinking of buying, email us and we'll share it on request.

Shipping

  • Processing: orders ship within 1 business day of payment.
  • US delivery: typically 2 to 4 business days. Canada: typically 5 to 8 business days.
  • Cost: free on orders of $100 or more. Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout. A faster expedited option is available for an extra fee.
  • Canadian orders: we collect duties and taxes at checkout.

If something goes wrong

Email retail@fragrancespark.com or call (501) 777-8007 with your order number. We'll look into it and, where there's a problem, make it right under our return policy. If an order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn't available.
